Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to provide a clear understanding of the process in case you are not fully satisfied with your order. Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Before sending the item back, you must contact our customer support team at support@jimmiflowcorp.site to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized items, clearance or final sale items, and any product that has been assembled or used are not eligible for return. We also do not accept returns on gift cards.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days and will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@jimmiflowcorp.site. After 24 hours, orders may be in the processing or shipping stage and may no longer be canceled.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received your refund after 7 business days, please first check your bank account or contact your payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@jimmiflowcorp.site for further assistance.
